BHUPESH MISHRA
Bhupesh Mishra brings over 27 years of professional experience across technology and entrepreneurship. He spent 13 years in the IT industry, including several years working abroad with global organizations. For the past 14 years, he has been the Founder and Director of E-AgroCare Machineries and Equipments Pvt. Ltd., driving affordable mechanization for farmers across India. He also serves as the Executive President of GS Mandal (MIT), Aurangabad. An endurance enthusiast, he has completed multiple half marathons and two ultra marathons, reflecting his resilience and disciplined leadership approach.
SUNIL PATIL
Sunil Patil is a Mechanical Engineer from Pune University and an MBA from SPJIMR, Mumbai, with over 20 years of experience in designing and building impactful machinery solutions. A passionate entrepreneur and visionary leader, he thrives on solving complex engineering challenges and transforming them into optimal, high-performance, and cost-effective products for agriculture and industry. Driven by innovation and excellence, he is committed to creating scalable solutions that deliver lasting value. His love for chess and disciplined fitness reflects his strategic thinking and relentless pursuit of growth.
RAHUL DESHMUKH
Rahul Deshmukh is the Founder and Director of E-AgroCare Machineries and Equipments Pvt. Ltd. With over two decades of hands-on experience in agriculture, he leads the company’s mission of delivering affordable mechanization to farmers across India. Deeply connected with farms, dealer networks, and rural markets, he translates real-world agricultural challenges into innovative and customized machinery solutions. Under his leadership, E-AgroCare has evolved beyond being just a machinery manufacturer—emerging as a farmer-centric movement dedicated to empowering India’s agricultural community.
